- Article 1 - Code of ethics
- The very first rule is too respect the code of the ethical hacker. Before scanning a system or doing any task that could be damageable to the target, you must ensure that you have been permitted to do it. Depending on the country where the system is located, violating this rule could lead from financial penalty to death penalty. Aldeid is not responsible of your actions.
- Article 2 - Software development
- You and contributors are owner of any tool that would have been developed in the shape of a lab. Nevertheless, you are requested to add a mention to the Aldeid Community in your documentation (generally in the AUTHORS section or in a dedicated file).
- Article 3 - Implication
- Your enrollment in a lab implies a minimum implication. It is measured by the respect of objectives that would have been decided by the director of the lab you are joining. These objectives are basically composed of a task and a term. If you are not able to respect the objectives (e.g. task not done on time), it will be discussed. Depending on the causes, you could be banned from the lab. There is although no reason why the objectives couldn't be reached. Indeed, you can look to the support of the Community and revise the objectives with the agreement of your director before the term.
- Article 4 - Hardware, software and licences
- You are supposed to have your own computer, including the operating system, and your own licences. Aldeid is not responsible of eventual invalid licences.
- Article 5 - Copyrights
- You are the owner of any result you will commit to Aldeid, and for this reason, your name will be mentioned in the related publications Aldeid will do. On the other hand, any partial or complete duplication you will do must be accompanied by the original URL of the article, hosted on aldeid.com.
