Description

Sentinel is a portable tool, designed to remotely detect  promiscuous mode on interfaces. It uses different techniques, such as DNS test, ICMP etherping test and ARP test.

Installation

# cd /usr/local/src/
# wget http://www.packetstormsecurity.org/UNIX/IDS/sentinel/sentinel-1.0.tar.gz
# tar xzvf sentinel-1.0.tar.gz
# cd sentinel-1.0/
