5.8GHz FPV channel frequency table

The 5.8Ghz FPV frequency range (5645MHz - 5945MHz) break down into bands is as follows:

Channel frequency for band (MHz)
Channel A
(Boscam A / Team BlackSheep)
B
(Boscam B)
E
(Boscam E / DJI)
F
(ImmersionRC / FatShark)
RaceBand
1 5865 5733 5705 5740 5658
2 5845 5752 5685 5760 5695
3 5825 5771 5665 5780 5732
4 5805 5790 5645 5800 5769
5 5785 5809 5885 5820 5806
6 5765 5828 5905 5840 5843
7 5745 5847 5925 5860 5880
8 5725 5866 5945 5880 5917

Compatibility VRX/VTX

It is important before you buy a VTX and VRX that you check the compatibility of both products to ensure that they will be able to communicate on a same frequency. For example, if you buy a Boscam RC305 video receiver (only supports band E) and a Aomway 200mW video transmitter (supports bands A, E, F and raceband), they will be able to communicate on band E frequencies (5705, 5685, 5665, 5645, 5885, 5905, 5925, 5945).

Wiring

Below is the wiring to connect a RunCam Swift 2 camera with a Aomway 200mW video transmitter, both connected on a Matek PDB.

Note
Notice that the audio cable has to be connected to AUDR and not AUDL on the Aomway 200mW video transmitter to work.

Range

The range depends on:

  • the VTx power (25mW, 200mW, 500mW, 600mW, 800mW)
  • The VRx model and type (e.g. diversity)
  • The antennas
